Bills of Lading (BOLs)

Record all delivery details, such as BOL Number, Invoice Number, Driver details, station times, and mileage. Fill out the BOL form with essential information, and the system will handle the rest automatically.

  • Filter BOLs by date, invoice, or BOL number.
  • Export BOLs and invoices in PDF format.

Verify Data

  • Data Collection & Verify Data:
    The system collects daily data from DTN, including fuel deliveries, financial transactions, CCM data, and rack prices for integrated companies. This data is stored and ready for your review and verification at your convenience. Unverified data remains accessible without time limits.
  • Single Item Verification:
    Verify individual records using the Verify button in the action column.
  • Bulk Verification:
    Verify multiple records by selecting them via the header checkbox and confirming in a popup. The system will automatically load the next batch of data for the same or next company.

Reports

Generate daily reports on gasoline and diesel transactions, track inventory, and analyze station sales data. Stations can submit daily sales data to track inventory and performance.

Electronic Funds Transfer

Automatically track fuel purchase and sale transactions through EFTs from integrated companies like Mobil. Verify and manage EFTs from the data screen, or manually add, edit, or remove transactions.

  • Export EFT data to PDF.

Rack Price

Rack prices are essential for fuel transactions. The system automatically reads daily prices from configured companies and uses them for creating BOLs, invoices, and station invoices. You can manually add prices if needed.

  • View, add, and update daily rack prices.
  • Filter station invoices by date, company, or amount.
  • Ensure invoices reflect the most recent rack prices.
  • Use the search option with date filters for easy access.

Cash Control Management

Track and manage daily cash flow for each station with automatically collected CCM data from configured companies like Mobil and Citgo. You can also manually add CCM records if needed.
